These Booking Terms apply to the accommodation business named above (see Provider Information), including its officers, employees and agents (‘We’/’Us’/’Our’) and the person or legal entity making the Booking or to whom we supply services in respect of the Booking (‘you/your’). These Booking Terms are governed by Indian laws and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts (and appellate courts) exercising jurisdiction in Junagadh (Gujarat) for any proceedings in connection with these Bookings except where in we agree in writing to other terms. By making a Booking you are deemed to accept these Booking Terms.
Booking
Bookings are made and a contract between you and us comes into effect when we accept a reservation from you. We will accept a reservation when we have confirmed your reservation and received either full payment of the total price quoted from you or a non-refundable deposit. You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be over 18yrs to make a Booking. Bookings must be paid for using an acceptable and valid credit or debit card. When a Booking is confirmed, a reservation number is given. This number must be retained for access to the booking details if cancellation or amendment is necessary.
Prices
Rates are per room per night. If you have selected supplements they will be added to the total price of the Booking. Rates do not include other costs you may choose to incur during your stay (unless otherwise stated). Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should you change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates are subject to change.
Availability
In the rare case due to unforeseen circumstances, if we cannot deliver your requested accommodation, you will be offered alternate accommodation or a full refund.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in & Check-out time is 9:00 hrs (local time).
As per the circular received from the Commissioner of Police (Gujarat), it is mandatory to produce Photo id proof during Check-in.
Amendments
If you want to amend Your Booking you must call the accommodation provider directly on the number included above and quote your reservation number. If you amend you’re booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, and as a result if you cancel any booking in less than 48 hours, you will be charged equivalent to the total price (including any supplements selected by you).
Payment
Total price quoted for the Booking is payable and will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking. Any applicable taxes will be applied at check-out. All additional services availed during your stay must be paid in full on presentation of invoice at check-out.

Rights Of Admission
We reserve the right to terminate Your Booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behavior that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.
Liability
Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to the price of the Booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law. All warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or special damages. We will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your act, omission, default or neglect and you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy for any such damage or loss.
Data Protection
We may process the information you provide to us for the purposes notified by us to the Information Commissioner. By making a Booking, you consent to this processing of information.
Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is made within 24 hr of Check-in date, one night retention per room will be charged.
If made within 72 Hrs of of Check-in date, 50% amount retention per room will be charged.
Incomplete Stay Policy
For Late check-in or early check-out by a day or more during the dates of booking, charges as one night’s room rent as retention charges plus the actual stay charges will be levied.
Late checkout after 6 pm subject to availability will be charged extra for full day’s tariff.
Early check-in between 7 am to 10 am or late checkout from 2 pm to 6 pm subject to availability will be charged at half day’s rent on printed tariff.
Child Policy
Children below 8 years will not be charged extra without extra bed.
Other Policy
Final bills are to be settled on presentation before check-out from the hotel by Cash or Credit card. All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of Junagadh Court only. Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
We as a merchants shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage Arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring back from time to time.
